1. Who we are

MyTripMatcher is operated by MyTripMatcher. The site is currently in early access / beta and is provided on an "as is" basis.

2. What MyTripMatcher does — and does not do

MyTripMatcher is an informational concierge service that suggests destinations and hotels based on your preferences, with curated descriptions written by our team.

We do not sell flights, hotels, or other travel products. We do not process bookings or payments. All booking links direct you to third-party partners (Booking.com, Skyscanner, and others) — your booking contract is with them, not with us.

Prices, availability and offers shown on MyTripMatcher are indicative and may differ from the partner's live data at the moment of booking. Always verify on the partner site before you book.

3. Accuracy of information

We work hard to keep destination and hotel descriptions accurate and up to date. Things change — opening hours, prices, hotel ownership, local conditions. MyTripMatcher is not responsible for outdated information, and we recommend you verify key details with the operator before you travel.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use MyTripMatcher in any way that would damage the service or interfere with other users. This includes (but is not limited to) automated scraping, attempting to access the admin area without authorisation, and submitting abusive content via the contact form.

5. Intellectual property

All site content (text, images, design, branding) is owned by MyTripMatcher or licensed to us. You may share links to MyTripMatcher freely, but do not copy or republish substantial portions of the content without our written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

MyTripMatcher is provided without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of the site, your reliance on the information shown, or your booking experience with a third-party partner.

7. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the Netherlands.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions over time. The 'last updated' date reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
